SHIP Background :

Shun Hing Internship Programme (SHIP) is part of the community relations programme of Shun Hing Group in education, comprising of lectures, on-the-job training, review forums, event organization and presentation session.  SHIP, an integral component of the students’ journey from studies to work, provides on-the-job training to non-final-year undergraduates and matriculated students in Hong Kong.  In the past 11 years, more than 120 students had undergone the journey of SHIP.  SHIP supervisors, acted by experienced staff members from Shun Hing Group, will provide guidance to the interns.  SHIP supervisors believe that the provision of comprehensive education and training to the younger generation is essential for building a prosperous society and indispensable to the development of Hong Kong.

Main Responsibilities

Summer Interns will be assigned, according to their strengths and attributes, to work in one of the Group companies, supporting Sales & Marketing, Human Resources & Training, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Building Services/System Engineering or other office support functions.

Working Hours:

Normal Working Hour: Mon – Fri: 0900 – 1800

 

Duration:

June – July 2018 (Tentative)

(Subject to the availability of Summer Interns, the internship programme may be extended.)

 

Requirement:

1. Undergraduates of local universities – Completed Year 2 studies
2. Students of tertiary institutions (including Degree/Sub-degree Programme)
3. Form 6 Students of CCC Mong Man Wai College
4. GPA – 3 or above (to be converted with 4 as maximum if applicable))
5. Applicants must be outgoing, having good communication and inter-personal skills.
6. Cantonese speaker

 

Remuneration:

Allowance: $45 per hour including meal break
