Engineering can be fun! The Vocational Baccalaureate (Engineering) programme offers our students a dynamic environment for engineering studies. S3-S5 students are invited to have a taste of our fun-loaded engineering learning activities by joining our free taster class.

Date: 28 April 2018 (Saturday)

Time: 10am – 1pm

Venue: STEM Education Centre, IVE(Tsing Yi)

Programme contents:

1. Mechanical engineering activity – From rotation to linear motion

You will learn to appreciate how basic mechanical mechanisms used in machines make our lives easier.

You will have the chance to build a kinetic model by applying the knowledge learnt.

2. Electrical engineering activity – Circuit drawing with a circuit pen

You will learn the concept of voltage, current and resistance. Using a circuit drawing pen, you can light up a tower!

3. English activity

Learning English can be done in a fun way. Our Native English Teacher will unlock your potential in language learning in a relaxing environment.

4. Campus tour

You will have a glimpse of our state-of-the-art laboratories and other campus facilities.
