HKFYG: Pre-University Pilot Programme with CUHK Global Studies Programme

In response to the rapid rise in demands for global leadership underlined by the COVID-19 pandemic, the first series in collaboration with the CUHK Global Studies Programme will nurture our future young global leaders by cultivating a global mindset, gaining a deeper understanding of global issues and harnessing their connection to the world beyond borders through different learning modes while meeting the international teaching professionals of CUHK in two phases (Dec 2020 & Apr 2021).  

  1. Programme Details
    Pre-University Pilot Programme with CUHK Global Studies Programme will be a two-phased training. For Phase One, it will be held in December in a webinar format. For Phase Two, it will be a serial training in April 2021, comprising five sessions which afford you in-depth and experiential learning. More details of Phase Two will be announced in February 2021.

·        Format: Online Webinar Series

·        Theme: COVID-19 and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Development: How We Are Changed?

·        Date:

·        Eligibility: S.4 – S.6 (Grade 10 – Grade 12)

·        Programme Fee: HK$160

·        Application Deadline: 10 Dec 2020 (Thur)

    1. Phase Two*

·        Format: Global Studies Training Series

·        Theme: Soft Power and ICT Development

·        Date: Late-April to May 2021
(4 online sessions in weekday evening + 1 offline session in weekend)

·        Eligibility: S.4 – S.6 (Grade 10 – Grade 12)

·        Programme Fee:
Early Bird: HK$ 680 (exclusive to Phase One participants)
Regular: HK$ 850
