We are excited to invite your students to our upcoming CEE Taster Programme organized by the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE), scheduled on 24th April, 2025 (Thursday). This programme is tailored for Secondary 4 (Grade 10) students and above, offering a wonderful opportunity to experience university life at CEE of PolyU!
Participants will enjoy a day filled with engaging activities, including:
- Programme Talk: Know more the admission information and career prospects of BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and BEng (Hons) in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development.
- Current Student/Alumni Sharing: Gain insights from current students and alumni about their experiences and perspectives within CEE.
- Bridge Challenge: Put their civil engineering knowledge to the strength and weight test by designing and fabricating their own plastic bridge!
- Laboratory Visits: Explore our state-of-the-art 3D Concrete Printing Laboratory at the Industrial Centre and the Noise and Safety Laboratory.

If they are interested in joining us, please register online by completing the Google Form before the 31st March, 2025 (Monday). Successful registrants will receive notifications via email in 2 days once we receive the registration.
Additionally, our Secondary School Outreach Programme 2024/2025, which includes department visits or on-site school visits, is still open for registration for all secondary schools.
