PolyU first launched the Junior Researcher Mentoring Programme (JRMP) in 2021 for high school students in Hong Kong. In the past four years, nearly 700 students have had the valuable opportunity to participate in research projects guided by PolyU academics, allowing them to deepen their understanding of selected topics while cultivating essential analytical and research skills.

S.4 & S.5 students are invited to join the Programme from March to August 2026.

Application procedures

Step 1: The nominated student completes the application form (Annex 2A )

Step 2: The school representative completes the recommendation form (Annex 3)

Step 3: The nominated student submits all required forms and supporting documents via our Online Form on or before 30 January 2025 (Fri)
