Cathay I Can Fly Youth Academy 2026 is now open for local teenagers aged 14–18 who are studying in Form 3 to Form 6 (or equivalent academic levels). This programme offers students a unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the aviation industry and better understand their role and responsibilities in society.
To mark Cathay’s 80th anniversary this year, the Group is launching a special edition of the “I Can Fly Youth Academy” programme. A total of 80 selected candidates from Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland will take part in a unique two-week aviation training programme. This year’s programme features comprehensive aviation training, a social service day, and a study tour to China to broaden participants’ industry insights. Outstanding participants also have the chance to be selected for an overseas aviation experiential trip to Australia during the summer.

Application Channel and Deadline
Eligible students are strongly encouraged to submit their online applications through I Can Fly Youth Academy website (icanfly.cathaypacific.com) on or before 31 March 2026 23:59 (HKT) together with school nomination form.
